Industrial grade blended oil refers to fuel oil that is mixed with different types of crude oil It is widely used in industries such as machinery, automobiles, ships, and power generation. In order to ensure the quality and safety performance of the mixed oil, the following aspects need to be considered when formulating industrial grade mixed oil standards:
1、 Composition of mixed oil
The composition of mixed oil is the core content of industrial grade mixed oil standards. Depending on the industry and purpose in which the mixed oil is applied, the composition standards may vary slightly, and are generally formulated according to the following aspects:
(1) The source of crude oil. Industrial grade mixed oil is usually made by mixing different types and sources of crude oil, and the standard needs to clarify the sources and dosage ratios of various crude oils.
(2) The density of the mixed oil. Density is a key factor affecting the combustion performance of blended oils, and standards need to specify the density range and measurement method of blended oils.
(3) Evaporation of mixed oil. The evaporation of a mixed oil refers to the amount of oil that can evaporate at a specific temperature. The standard should specify the evaporative requirements and measurement methods for the mixed oil.
2、 Oil quality indicators
In addition to the composition of the mixed oil, the standard also needs to define the quality indicators of the mixed oil. These indicators include sulfur content, acid value, ash content, suspended solids content, water content, etc.
